Usage method:
1, This product should not be mixed with other ordinary soap size. When using you should wash all mud pits.
2, General forward sizing, or reverse sizing and net continuous sizing .
3, If forward sizing or reverse sizing, must dilute with cold water to about 2% concentration, and then gradually add to the pulp in order to mix evenly;if net sizing , do not have to dilute.
4, The key point is pH value when using dispersed rosin size, the best PH range is 4.5-5.5.
5, General filler can reduce the effect of sizing, especially the calcium salt .Because the filler is harmful to sizing.So add sizing and alum ,then add filler after 20 minutes .
Package and storage:
200kg per drum or 1000kg IBC drum
Store in a dry, cool, ventilated place.
Storage period: 6 months.
